We advocate for the patient in coordinating the use of the entire health care system to benefit the patient. We also coordinate with skilled nursing facilities and home health companies to meet our patients need.
Our focus is preventive and therapeutic medicine-including helping patient quit smoking, reduce alcohol intake, screen patient for stress and related disorders, as well as promoting physical activity. We take pre-emptive steps to design disease-oriented treatment plan for a patient to control risk factors and prevents complications of the disease. Our services are available in variety of health care settings (ex: office, inpatient, long-term care, home care, schools, telehealth, etc.)
We provide entry level health promotion, disease prevention, health maintenance, counseling, patient education, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. We always collaborate with other patient related health care providers (specialists) to provide holistic patient care. Our team has expertise in preventing, diagnosing, and treating chronic health conditions such as high blood pressure, Diabetes, Heart failure, Emphysema, Asthma, Urinary tract infections, and many others (for details refer to services section). The overall purpose is to provide medical resources at residential facilities and/or home to help our patients to lead a quality life.

Yes, only if the Nibbana Healthcare physician after detailed clinical interview and examination deemed so. We do not provide blood draw services at the patient home or in residential places if ordered by some other Healthcare provider.
Nibbana Healthcare provides non-urgent (or non-emergent) primary care services. For all urgent health-related concerns, please call 911 or go to the nearest urgent care or emergency department. We can make a nonurgent appointment within a day, but it will depend on the availability of the physicians or healthcare providers in our team.
Yes, we can provide healthcare related services at patient's home if mutual safety is assured after obtaining the consent form.
